PERSONAL THERAPY - As adults there are times when we need support.  Perhaps we need to understand our behaviour and reactions to others. There may be a situation at work, a personal/familial conflict that you would appreciate support with. We all have times when we need to talk through problems, understand our behaviour, move forward with life changes and work through issues.
